This policy explains how FlexSystem (“we”, “us”), the developer of FlexApp, handles personal data collected through this website. It applies to the website only; personal data processed inside the FlexApp product is governed by your agreement with us.

Data we collect

  • Information you give us — when you request a demo, a quote or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
  • Technical data — our servers record standard log information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Spam protection — our contact, demo and quote forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to check that a real person is submitting them. reCAPTCHA collects device and browser information (such as your IP address and how you interact with the page) and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos or quotations
  • To send you information you have asked for about FlexApp
  • To keep the website secure and working
  • To improve the website, using aggregated analytics

We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the website and handle enquiries (for example, hosting, email and form-processing services), under obligations of confidentiality, or where required by law.

Submissions from our contact, demo and quote forms are processed by the form service Formspree, which delivers them to FlexSystem by email. Formspree, and Google for reCAPTCHA, may store and process this data on servers outside Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data. To make a request, or to stop receiving information from us, email us at the address on our contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
